This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are processed.

By enrolling in our courses, purchasing study materials, or accessing premium content, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Payment Confirmation

  • Once you complete a payment through our authorized payment gateways, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation containing your order details.

  • Access to the purchased service or content will typically be activated instantly or within 24 hours of successful payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders or enrollments once confirmed cannot be canceled after access to the course, material, or test series has been granted.

  • Cancellations due to technical errors (such as payment gateway issues) will be verified and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not applicable after the course has been purchased once. Excess payment, if any, may be refunded only after producing the proof of such payment within 7 days. 

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • You have already accessed or downloaded course materials.

  • You decide not to continue after partial use of services.

  • Your performance expectations are not met.

  • Access was denied due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or misuse of content.

4. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

To initiate a refund request, please contact us with:

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email ID

  • Payment ID / Transaction Reference Number

  • Reason for Refund

5. Course Transfers or Substitutions

  • Requests to switch to another course, batch, or program may be accepted at the sole discretion of Srishti IAS, depending on availability and timing.

  • Any such change will be treated as a one-time adjustment, and no monetary refund will be issued.

6. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay, Paytm, or similar services.
Srishti IAS is not responsible for delays, rejections, or transaction failures caused by third-party payment systems.

For such cases, users should directly contact the payment provider with transaction details.

7. Changes to This Policy

Srishti IAS reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
