Odisha’s Sunapur and Puri Golden Beach have once again earned the prestigious International Blue Flag Certification, reinforcing their reputation as two of India’s cleanest, safest and most eco-friendly coastal destinations. This global recognition reflects the state’s continued commitment to sustainable tourism and world-class beach management. For 2025–26, 13 beaches across India made it to the list, with Sunapur certified for the third consecutive year and Puri Golden Beach for the seventh year in a row.
